When will I be charged?Your payment will be processed immediately. When purchasing a TENA SmartCare Change Indicator, you agree to a monthly data service fee. The monthly subscription amount is shown when buying the TENA SmartCare Change Indicator and the subscription is set up automatically at checkout. The same amount is deducted from your payment card each month. You will receive an email prior to each order which confirms the amount you will be charged. Payment optionsYou can pay for your purchase with a Maestro, Mastercard or VISA card. PayPal is not accepted for TENA SmartCare orders. The payment card used at checkout will be the card used for your recurring payment.
Can I have my products delivered to any address? Yes. We can deliver to anywhere in the UK. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands so cannot accept orders for the Channel Islands.
All TENA SmartCare product returns
If you have changed your mind for any reason, you may return the products back to us in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged, within 14 days of receipt of goods. You will then be offered a refund. Please contact TENA SmartCare Customer Services on 0800 035 5981 or email email@example.com for a FREEPOST label and returns form. You must complete the returns form and include in the package. We recommend the goods are adequately insured during the return journey, as we cannot be held liable if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Products that have been opened or damaged will not be refunded.
Please make sure you cancel any monthly subscription that was set up when you purchased the product. Got to My Subscriptions in My Account and click on cancel subscription. If you experience any problems cancelling your subscription, please contact us.
All refunds are made via your original payment method. Our returns policy can be found in our terms and conditions.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from receipt of order when you purchase the TENA SmartCare Change Indicator. You can return the Change Indicator to us even if you have opened the package and used the product.
